In order to set up your new business member account at ScrapBiz, please provide the following documentation:
MUST provide:
- A copy of your business/resale license with an industry related (dba or fictitious) name on it
Provide 2 of the following pieces of documentation:
- 2 paid invoices from 2 different recognized wholesale vendors or distributors totaling over $100
- The URL of a working website for your business – placeholders or "coming soon" websites not accepted
- A copy of your membership card for CHA or PMA/PSRO (if you don't know what those are, then you probably aren't a member)
- The URL to a banner or button ad you have on an industry related site (signature line or MB post ads are not acceptable)
- A copy of a published ad placed in an industry related consumer magazine including the month and year it was published
- A copy of your membership record as a business member for the National Scrapbooking Association
- Other (contact us if you have another proof you can provide)
